Our Journey with Oliviah Part 2 (Our Rainbow Baby Story)

Today we wanted to share what’s been happening in our Journey with Oliviah. This week has been such a special one. Not only did we reach 33 weeks, (Ashley says it feels like she’s been stuck at 32 weeks for 2 years!) but we also celebrated with family & friends at our baby shower for miss Oliviah. We are so blessed to have so many friends that celebrated with us, as well as an amazing Church that allowed us to come together for this party.
One of the things that has meant the most to us during this incredible journey has been the friends who have not only encouraged us, but have also supported us, prayed with & for us, & have been there to keep us going. We are overwhelmed by the support we have received & the love that has been shared with us. The hardest part of what we faced over the last two years was not only the loss & heartbreak, but also that feeling of being alone.
Ashley couldn’t hide the smile from her face as she chatted with friends & a few former brides we have served. She looked absolutely beautiful & we are so thankful for our amazing friends Starla, who did her gorgeous makeup & Chelsea who did her hair! We work with some amazing vendors when we shoot weddings & these girls are the tops!
The day was as perfect success & as we continue this journey & excitedly anticipate Miss Oliviah’s arrival, we are so grateful for everyone who has encouraged us & who is following along on this journey. Miss Oliviah is growing perfectly as she should & every Doctor’s visit is one step closer to meeting this little miracle lady. We can’t wait to share what comes next.
